My service advisor,quickly assisted me and informed me at all times of what he needed to do to get my car in for an oil change. I told him I had a limited amount of time due to another commitment. He proceeded to quickly have the oil change service finished, and informed me of two other services that were necessary for safety and performance of my car. I asked him if they could be done in a specific amount of time as I have another engagement he said yes and they were even done a little quicker. Thank you so much for your Customer Service, John
