by JD on 07/11/2017I have been buying cars for over 50 years and NEVER have I dealt with a Sales Manager as RUDE as David Gerardi ! instead of coming back to me after I made a decent offer he came back to the room with my offer and a BIG NO with an… Exclamation mark. Real classy , then proceeded to tell me a B. S. story of why . We got up and left. Salesman called several days later and said he went over his sales managers head to the GM BUT SHE did nothing to help. Two days later leaves me a voicemail call me I`d like to put a deal together today. Meanwhile the QX 80 I wanted they couldn`t get from another dealer . One of the worst experiences i`ve ever had. Stay away. Ended up buying the QX80 from another dealer in Conn.Used Car Buying Experience

by papi83dm on 01/19/2017Avoid using this dealer at any cost, David Gerardi will lie to you to convince you to buy the car but won't honor what he promise. On January 2nd, David Gerardi had me sign a lease for a vehicle that was not for the vehicle one I… wanted, The vehicle I wanted was supposed to arrive in 10 days. He said once the Vehicle arrives he can change the VIN number in the contract. I did not take possession of any car on January 2nd and David Girardi sent my information to Infiniti Finance without the deal being complete. On January 12th (I still have not received the vehicle) I called Mr. Gerardi to question why the RV value on the contract was 64% when IFS has it at 59%. He didn't have a clear answer and I told him I wanted to reverse the deal. He told me the deal couldn't be reverse because I had already signed the lease and he had already gotten paid by the bank. Since January 8th I've been trying to get this deal reverse and he did not return any of my phone calls. I went to the dealer today and he demanded me to leave the dealer because he was not going to reverse it. David Gerardi committed a Fraud, since he submitted a contract and got paid by the bank for a car that was not delivered. This dealer is digging in so hard because they violated rules that they don't want to be caught at? And just hoping to send a new VIN over and pretend it was a typo or something?beware of hidden fees - Worst Experience ever
by methuenbuyer on 01/19/2017Avoid using this dealer at any cost, David Gerardi will lie to you to convience you to buy the buy but anything that he promised won't be in the contract. The standard IFS RV is 59% of the MSRP and because I was hispanic David Gerardi… put it to 64% thinking that I wouldn't noticed it. He made all sorts of promised and made me wait two hours to go over the lease contract, he didn't show me the contract and told me to sign on an iPad. Since I had been at that dealership for about 4 hours, I was exhausted and wanted to go home and didn't pay attention to the copy of the contract until the next day. I called him various time and he never called back, when I went back to the dealer he refused to void the contract. I never took possesion of the car and according to him because I signed the contract I own the vehicle. I was discriminated and lied to at this dealership.Great Car Buying Experience

Even at this early stage he seemed to fully understand the sales process, and was able to meet my needs in terms of price and maintenance programs. My only piece of… constructive criticism would be for Jacob to ensure that his customers are acceptive towards text messaging conversations. This was is no way a problem in our sale, and actually proved to be quite useful for quick, back-and-forth chatting. I only warn that customers of an older generation may not prefer this method of communication. Even after the sale Jacob was still helping out to meet our needs. He assisted with service appointments to have a remote starter installed, and then again for a tire replacement service to smooth out our new ride (the original tires had developed imperfections). Jacob's enthusiasm towards customer service would bring us back again.Shane was great!

I was afraid of the extra fees and random things dealerships try to sell you cause… face it no one wants to pay 18k for a 10k$ car ! I'm so happy I came to see Shane at Infiniti .
