I have been buying cars for over 50 years and NEVER have I dealt with a Sales Manager as RUDE as David Gerardi ! instead of coming back to me after I made a decent offer he came back to the room with my offer and a BIG NO with an Exclamation mark. Real classy , then proceeded to tell me a B. S. story of why . We got up and left. Salesman called several days later and said he went over his sales managers head to the GM BUT SHE did nothing to help. Two days later leaves me a voicemail call me I`d like to put a deal together today. Meanwhile the QX 80 I wanted they couldn`t get from another dealer . One of the worst experiences i`ve ever had. Stay away. Ended up buying the QX80 from another dealer in Conn.
