Dealership Sales Review
At the time of my purchase Jacob was just beginning his career at Infiniti. Even at this early stage he seemed to fully understand the sales process, and was able to meet my needs in terms of price and maintenance programs. My only piece of constructive criticism would be for Jacob to ensure that his customers are acceptive towards text messaging conversations. This was is no way a problem in our sale, and actually proved to be quite useful for quick, back-and-forth chatting. I only warn that customers of an older generation may not prefer this method of communication. Even after the sale Jacob was still helping out to meet our needs. He assisted with service appointments to have a remote starter installed, and then again for a tire replacement service to smooth out our new ride (the original tires had developed imperfections). Jacob's enthusiasm towards customer service would bring us back again.
