I recently purchased a certified Infiniti vehicle. I spent a total of 2.5 hours at the dealership including test drive, finance, and pickup. No silly "have to talk to my manager" games. Straightforward, fast and convenient. Why can't all dealers be like this? Ben Macieski was my salesperson. He stayed late on a Friday after hours because that's the only time I had.
