They lie and take your money
by Rob-C on 08/14/2019They had our vehicle in service all day to check for a idle/vibration and check engine light issue as well as an oil change. Not only did they say the diagnosis showed nothing, they also said they did the oil change, car wash, and reset… the maintenance indicator light. When I noticed the car wasn’t washed and maintenance light wasn’t reset, I questioned the oil change. It was confirmed by another technician that the oil was never changed even though I Paid for the service over the phone. Extremely dishonest! Luckily I know what i am looking for but not everyone does. It’s bad when you can’t trust them with your time and money.Dishonest and Slick
by Angry on 08/04/2019I placed a bid on a user car that had just arrived at this dealership. My “special” offer was $1,000 ABOVE the price listed the very next day on every used car website. Fortunately, I went home to think about the counter offer this… dealership made before I discovered the $1,000 discrepancy between my sales price and the advertised sales price. I’m a woman so I’m not sure if the slick salesman factored in my gender in trying to convince me that this dealership was offering me a “great” deal while intentionally trying to rip me off. Why car salesmen get a bad rap and why I will be considering CarMax, Vroom, and Carvanna that don’t involve dishonest negotiating middleman tactics.Unprofessional
by A_Hernandez on 09/20/2018I went in because of a flyer I got in the mail from them and wanted to take my chances and see if I won a prize. Salesman was nice but wanted to see if I could get into a car, so I was like alright let’s try but I have a lot of negative… equity so I really don’t think I can. He continued to grab info from me and then goes to check my car and all of that stuff. Comes back and goes to check to see if I can get into something and to my “surprise” I can’t. We then go to check to see if I won anything from that mail I got and as we are walking another salesman comes and says “our fault or their fault?” Really? I found that to be extremely rude and unprofessional in my case. If you are going to speak about a customer like that wait until they are gone, not when they are right there. Also salesman took forever to give me my keys back and when I finally got them back and walked to my car, he had left my car on and unlocked. Overall a terrible experience.Amazing experience

I need to take the time to tell you of my amazing experience I had when I had my car serviced last night at your dealership. You have an outstanding team… member Lea! She was personable, kept me updated on my wait time, and was a joy to deal with. I lease my cars, and will lease every car from your dealership if I knew I could deal with her every time. The true value of a dealership in my option is what happens after a small hiccup happens. I have to say I am… pleased on how my salesman, Nicky D and the owner of the dealership handled the situation. They offered to correct the issue and provide me with a loaner vehicle while the Rogue was being fixed. First of all Paul was very rude and and i could tell he did not care for my business because I am… 18 and dose not think I am worth his time he never really paid attention and the car was disgusting it had trash in the back of it still not like small things like amazon boxes and a cat bowl there were a the whole car had a white powder on all the seats that was left on my jacket and smelled of cigarettes did I mention the boxes of cigarettes in the door still it was like buying this car form a stranger who really did not care if they sell it but they are a big dealership not a single person I would expect better of them but I guess not.They really listened!

They really listened to what I needed, found the perfect car UNDER my budget, didn't push me or try to hard sell me, gave me a more than fair trade-in value on my old car, and got… everything done so quickly! by AR_Sherburne on 08/09/2015Beware Consumers- Team Nissan Used Car Sales Team are the worst in running this department. They post a vehicle on their website and I go in and speak with Jeremy and Steve in finance to make the purchase (still posted - BEWARE - 2005… Montero). I leave a deposit and agree on paying the MSRP of the vehicle even though it has over 100,000 miles and they would bring it in to get it serviced and inspected. Jeremy calls me two days later and informs me that the vehicle will need more than $5,000.00 to get it inspected and they were not going to cover the costs and that they would prefer to send it out to auction (according to them). Worst part is they should have checked the vehicle prior to getting the customer in to see the vehicle then run my credit and now if I want to go to another dealer my credit points goes down since they were not able to fulfill their end of the bargain and for being negligent. Will not recommend Team Nissan to anyone. If the customer is so important they would not show a vehicle that has not been checked and run a credit if the deal is not going to go through because of their incompetence.We advertised the car on our "Wholesale to the Public" page, and merchandised it in as-is as-shown condition, available for sale without inspection and without warranty. We were happy to inspect at no charge because we don't like for our customers to end up with surprises. After inspecting it, we deemed that it requires too many repairs to pass on to a paying customer, so rather than passing on a problem to a potential customer we recommended it better to send to auction. Most would consider that good service rather than anything else. We don't hide things and we don't want to pass on problems. Also, viewing your credit once has no significant impact on your credit score. Transunion and Experian have great websites for credit education. We wish you the best in the future, and hope you find the best vehicle for you.
