They lie and take your money

onThey had our vehicle in service all day to check for a idle/vibration and check engine light issue as well as an oil change. Not only did they say the diagnosis showed nothing, they also said they did the oil change, car wash, and reset the maintenance indicator light. When I noticed the car wasn’t washed and maintenance light wasn’t reset, I questioned the oil change. It was confirmed by another technician that the oil was never changed even though I Paid for the service over the phone. Extremely dishonest! Luckily I know what i am looking for but not everyone does. It’s bad when you can’t trust them with your time and money.
