I went in knowing which used car I wanted and Ashley was a huge help in making it happen that day and making me feel informed throughout the process, as it was my first non-craigslist experience and as I drove quite the distance.

I'm sorry that I don't remember their names but the fellow and the young woman at the service desk… are always cordial and helpful.Always Excellent ...Like a Great Family

Made an appointment online and met with Dana he showed us a couple of options then gave us some pricing including a very fair offer for our trade in. Absolutely no pressure. We took the info home and called… him a couple of days later and made our offer. Called us within 15 minutes and the deal was done. Pick up was easy and even Jess in finance was great; offered us different options for extra maintenance but did not pressure us at all; we passed on the extras. Out in a 1/2 hour with our new car. Thank you Irwin Huyndai.Well done!

by Do not buy or service here on 04/04/2020I purchased 2 cars from them and was told my first 3 oil changes are free: that “im in their system.” My first oil change and I’m told “$46.00; let me get you a discount to $40.” I shook my head in disbelief seeing that I purchased the… vehicle 10 feet away. I also gave them heads up on a concern of a metal scrapping sound coming from my front break pads. That this noise has been going on after day one of purchase. The service tech says it is the composite they’re made of. Legitimately: they installed the pads, new pads when I purchased the used vehicle. These breaks sound horrible: metal on metal scraping as if they’re not properly installed / lined up. I’m legitimately worried about my safety. Come to find out my new break pads with less then 5000 miles on, have 40% wear on them : 7mm remaining. The tires are also almost bald: again I’ve only driven about 5000 miles on them. This is what they sell as “precertified” and “safe.”Never Fails To Please!
by John Catalano on 03/19/2020Brought my 2013 Sonata in for New Hampshire's annual Inspection. At 7am I was greeted by Bob Cote who had all my paperwork ready to go. Then he arranged for a shuttle, driven by Wayne to drop me off at a supermarket. We had a friendly chat… as we drove. While I shopping Bob called my cell phone to say the car was done. Wendy then sent the shuttle back to pick me up. Brenda, drove me back to the dealership while we spoke about the pandemic the world was facing. As soon as we arrived back at the dealership, Bob, efficient as ever, handed me the keys and I was on my way home. Total Elapsed Time - ONE HOUR! Everybody at Irwin's service department Bob, Kaylynn and Wendy are top customer service performers! I can also say the same about the mechanics and sales people, like Joe Collie at Irwin Hyundai. The entire dealership is professional and top notch!Irwin Hyundai
