Irwin Hyundai

I will start by saying the service department is amazing at Irwin Hyundai. The sales office on the other hand is awful and will lie to get you in the door. i was quoted when i first went to them 3 years ago a monthly rate $100 below what they told me once I got into their show room. I had already sold my other car and by then trapped into getting a car then. I stupidly decided to give them another chance because I thought since I was already a client this time would be easier. I was absolutely wrong. Not only have I now been traded between 4 different sales people but they have repeatedly run my credit report and every time you run someone's credit report it drops your credit rating. They are now saying my credit score is too low. They have dropped my score now 35 points with their continual pulling. I am now looking into other Hyundai dealers and may just finance to buy my car with Hyundai directly. Grappone Auto has wonderful service and I would recommend reaching out to them.
