onBob Cote the Assistant Service Manager welcome me, discussed the scheduled maintenance and asked if there was anything else that needed attention. I told him I had GPS questions and he introduced me to Joe [forgot last name]. Joe answered my questions and provided me with the information I needed. Shortly after that my car was ready, Bob came and got me, we completed the paperwork and I left feeling very satisified with the visit.
