Dealership Service Review
I just wanted to compliment Bob Cote of Irwin Hyundai for his excellent customer service. Last week, while driving into the entrance of a local park, I inadvertently bottomed out my car. It was very dark so I did not see a large rut and large obstacle protruding from the ground. I was quite upset anticipating I might have seriously damaged my vehicle. The next day, I called Bob Cote in the service department of Irwin Hyundai. Bob told me to bring the car in at my convenience and he would check it out. That afternoon, I brought my car in to Irwin Hyundai and Bob put it up on the lift and inspected it for damage. He then showed me some minor dents on the bottom of the car that were not serious to the operation of the vehicle. Bob put my mind at ease with the outcome of his inspection. I then asked Bob how much I owed for the service and he said nothing. He also refused to take a tip for his service. His prime objective was to make me happy and he did. I am happy to report, I have always received quality service from Irwin Hyundai and at a very reasonable price. I also appreciate the friendly treatment I always get from Bob Cote, Steve Barber and Kaylynn Brown whenever I do business with the Service Department at Irwin Hyundai.
