The service department at Irwin Hyundai is top notch! Honest, professional, informative and compassionate. Our Santa Fe experienced internal engine failure while traveling. Our car was towed to Irwin on Thursday and by Friday Bob and Steve had gotten approval from Hyundai to replace the engine. What a relief. We got a call the following Wednesday saying our car was good as new and ready to be picked up. The car runs like a top. Thank you to everyone at Irwin's Hyundai Service Department for making us feel valued as customers and consumers and for making us feel safe on the road. Oh, and they gave a us a loaner car to boot.
