They had go thru the dealership network to find the color and options I wanted and gave me… extra options for a great price. My wife and I walked away ecstatic with our new car and raved about how easy the whole experience was. I was expecting to spend the day at the dealership. We were in and… out in a little over an hour. Came back a few days later to sign paperwork and Zack arranged to have the car delivered to save us another 45 minute drive. Donovan introduced me to Zach and he proceeded to ask what I wanted in a car. I gave… Zach my list of requirements. Zach promptly pulled up a Ice Silver Forester. I took it out for a test drive and knew that I had come home to the best car for safety, good looks, and no fear of driving in snow. Zach made the process of trading out my car and putting me in a new Forester. I would say that Zach was courteous, listened to my requests and needs for this car. I definitely will keep coming back to Subaru of Keene for my next car. I definitely would recommend anyone looking for a new vehicle to see Zach Griffin.Very pleased & repeat customer

Kathy, our point person at Subaru of Keene, as well as others in the dealership, were attentive to our requests, open to an overnight loan… to test headlights in dark, country conditions, and responsive to all our queries. We used the CR online buying help that the dealer honored and welcomed. Facilities are clean and hospitable. Previous service experience with the dealership brought us back for a second car along with commitment to purchase a Forester after doing our research. We are very pleased and recommend the dealer, their sales and service personnel, and Kathy for an all around top notch experience.Awesome!

I have dealt with Subaru of Keene for several years. I always feel welcome and well taken… care of. I travel from Claremont to Keene because of the service and friendliness of this dealership. My sales people were very helpful and knowledgeable. Craig and Kathy helped me with all questions about turning in my car for a new one. Kathy did a wonderful job explaining everything about my car when I was ready to drive it home. Since we live out of state you never know what hurdles you face but they helped us along the way and… handled all the financing and registration for our new vehicle. We were in and out of the dealership in about 2 and 1/2 hours with our new vehicle. ( they were non stop that day, every sales associate was busy) If you want a great vehicle and great service don't hesitate to go to this dealership, they know what they are doing.Outstanding buying experience

Both times when I have gone in, I had already found the car I wanted on their website, and was ready to buy it. Their staff is very laid back and hospitable, and allow… you to "take the lead" with the sale. With my second purchase, the experience was awesome, I felt like everyone working there was a friend of mine. And the paperwork process is quick and easy, they explain everything in an easy to understand manner. All you have to do is sign a bunch of paperwork! I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking to buy a subaru, and any time I'm looking for a new car it'll be at Subaru of Keene!Fantastic Buying Experience

by marsha12151 on 03/01/2017First off, they were very nice. Mike understood what I was looking for and did not try to sell me anything else. He explained some options and answered all my questions. With the options I wanted, I thought they would be ordering it but… they found the car, brought it in and arranged to install the few things I wanted that were not on the car. Excellent communications, they kept me informed at every step. Mike, Ken, Craig and the entire staff were very hospitable with no pressure. I would like to add that one of my beagles escaped while I was there. (My fault) But the staff was out there looking for her and very concerned. Mike and Kathy were out just under two hours and finally managed to get her. I cannot thank them enough. I know it is not the purpose of a dealer to look for your dog, but I think it is an indication of the quality. Thank you to Subaru of Keene. I love my new Forester XT Touring!Great Dealership to do business with!
