Dealership Sales Review
It started when Kathy sent me an email introducing herself, and let me know that I could contact her with any questions/concerns since the end of my lease was coming up. That in itself was VERY helpful since I did have lots of questions, but I'd been postponing making any calls since I was afraid of just getting pushed through a hard-sales pitch. When I met with Kathy for our appt. she put me at ease immediately -- she even met me at my car door before I'd had a chance to get out of my car! She was patient with me throughout my hemming and hawing (and there was lots of that), she listened, she offered suggestions, she scolded me to stop playing with the bottle of blue dye... I trusted her. I honestly wasn't expecting to make any decisions when I walked in, but I felt very comfortable committing to a purchase then and there.
