Dealership Sales Review
My husband was buying me a car for my birthday. After looking at Hondas and Nissans, I knew that I would go back to our tried and true Subaru. We've had an Impreza for a few years now, and I decided I wanted something bigger for transporting bikes, skis, the dog, etc. Based on good word-of-mouth, we went to Subaru of Keene and immediately knew we'd made the right choice. We worked with Kathy Kelley, who was patient and took plenty of time with us. We tried out a couple of different models, did a couple of test drives, and settled on the Outback. While Kathy offered us all the upgrades and extras, she didn't try to hard-sell us. She was able to answer all our questions; anything that she wasn't sure about, she double-checked for us. We were in the dealership on a Saturday and our car was ready for us on Wednesday. When we picked it up, Kathy sat with us in the car for over 30 minutes, showing us how all the bells and whistles work. I have never had this experience buying a new car before! Usually, you're left alone with the owner's manual and end up not really using half the features of your new car. I actually have Bluetooth hooked up for the first time! Kathy was fun to work with, good sense of humor and not pushy. We also had a good experience with the finance manager. All in all, I can't say enough good things about Subaru of Keene.
