I went in to gather information about Leasing as an alternative after some bad used car choices and was impressed right away that I wasn't pounced on in the lot! After browsing around I took a deep breath and went inside. I was greeted by John with a friendly, reassuring smile which put my mind at ease a bit. We took a test drive in a Limited Crosstrek and he actually listened to me asking me questions on the ride. When he found out what I was looking for instead of trying to sell me the Limited he told me he could get me everything I wanted in a Premium for less money! Wow, a salesman who wasn't pushing the bigger sale! That impressed me. John and the finance team worked with me patiently answering my questions to make me happy with the deal. Again, wow!
