Dover Honda is my choice
by Dani048 on 06/09/2016My experience was fantastic. I was very pleasantly surprised at the knowledge Alec Parmer had. Its an expectation we should have in our sales representative as a purchaser, but the amount of knowledge was exceptional. It only reassured me… that I was choosing the right place to buy from. He even explained new features and why they were added and others were removed. Something that seems small but its important to know that there is a valid reason that change was made and what that reason is. I didn't want to get the updated features just because that's what all the new cars had; I wanted to know if they were actually necessary and why! My was even washed. Great, friendly service

Oil change

I was immediately assisted by one of the mechanics, taken to the reception area and… handed off to a very pleasant young man. He explained the new facility, told me in the future I could just drive up and the doors will open for me! My 12 Year Old Car feels like new

Air bag recall

My me and dose the work and it is done well for almost half the price. Appointment issue
by RoxMarie on 08/23/2015updated 10/27/2015I scheduled my oil change for 15,000. When I bought my car I paid extra to cover servicing charges. When I brought my car in I was told the charge would be $280 and would take 2 1/2 hours. I told the service person I was not prepared to… pay that price nor did I have that much time to wait. She apologized and explained that at that mileage there was a special brake servicing. I should have been told this when I made my appointment!!!!!! Regardless she had 2 men work on my car and had my car ready in one hour and also gave m e a 10% discount.Awesome cleaning crew
