Dover Honda is my choice

My experience was fantastic. I was very pleasantly surprised at the knowledge Alec Parmer had. Its an expectation we should have in our sales representative as a purchaser, but the amount of knowledge was exceptional. It only reassured me that I was choosing the right place to buy from. He even explained new features and why they were added and others were removed. Something that seems small but its important to know that there is a valid reason that change was made and what that reason is. I didn't want to get the updated features just because that's what all the new cars had; I wanted to know if they were actually necessary and why! You have a new customer for life! -Danielle Clark
