    I had a slow leaking tire and I took it in several times (without an appointment) for them to check it out. Finally we found out the leak was from the plug. They were gracious and looked at the tire each time and filled it up with air each time.

    We purchased a 2012 Mercedes-Benz Certified, which we found on the internet. When we arrived and saw all of the figures, they seemed to change. That is when we met Tom Diefendorf, as he patiently walked us through the purchase price as we saw on line, the amount of money they were giving us for our trade-in, and all of the fees associated with the purchase. We felt assured all was correct. The person who did the paperwork was very nice also. We had a question and asked for Tom, only to find out he was washing and vacuuming our car since the young man whose responsibility it was, went home. We appreciated everything Tom helped us with, especially making our car look so good. A week later, we received in the mail a thank you note as well as a Mercedes-Benz First Aid Kit, which Tom said he noticed was missing when he was cleaning our new car. Mercedes-Benz of Reno is lucky to have such a nice man whom we can always count on.

    We bought a used car hoping to get the support of a good dealer. The car has been on repairs 3 months out of the 6 I have had the car. Just a week after I got it, major issues that should be found and reported by their service department came out. Oil Leaking, water leaking, radiator, AC broken. Their service department never call back. I guess because we got a used car. GM never return calls. You may have better luck buying new cars there but if you buy a used car, do not invest your money on a place like this one.

    I had a fantastic experience recently at the Mercedes Benz dealership of Reno. Turned in my "new" Toyota Venza and walked away with a 2017 GLA 250 which I absolutely love. Jeff Lampert was outstanding during the entire transaction along with Jim O'Brien (Finance). Dealership was clean and the experience was terrific. Thank you, MB of Reno!

    I had the worst service experience ever. The service department lies and is deceitful they were unable or unwilling to work on my car and lied about it telling me one story after the next about when it would be done they have my car for 5 weeks now. do not buy a Mercedes Benz from this dealer go some where else

    I purchased a CPO Mercedes E Class Wagon from Mercedes Reno and I live in the Bary Area, CPO wagons are not all that common so finding the one you want with the correct accessories is a challenge and they had more or less exactly what I wanted. I tried to haggle but they really had a fair price and intimated that, with a little research I found it to be true and the wagons all sell eventually and usually quite fast so I don't blame for not bending on the price. I had a few hiccups traveling to get the car but they held it for me after I filled out the paperwork showing I was serious about purchasing and they were nice enough to pick me up at the airport when I arrived. Pressure is pretty low as a whole, the new conglomerate dealer experience is more customer oriented than buying a car has been in the past, there is some potential to deal but overall things are on the up and up with what they offer. I would buy a car from them again and Ken, the person who orchestrated the sale was a pleasure to deal with

    My salesman was Dave Rowe, but I met a number of managerial and financing staff, as well. Dave was very informative, courteous, easy to deal with during negotiation, not high pressure, and instructive when delivering the car. Everyone was very friendly and respectful. I was very impressed.

    We have purchased many vehicles over the past 40 years and I would like to say that the purchase we made with Jim O'Brien at Mercedes Benz of Reno was the least stressful most enjoyable yet!     Good experience in general. A few issues such as having to fix car because I told them about an issue that was unknown while trying to sell it to me. Also made come in to sign more paper work they forgot to present to me. Also forgot to send dealer paperwork to home address in order to register my car. They could make the process smoother
