We have purchased many vehicles over the past 40 years and I would like to say that the purchase we made with Jim O'Brien at Mercedes Benz of Reno was the least stressful most enjoyable yet! No pressure, lots of choices and informative. I would highly recommend Jim and MBR for a satisfying buying experience.
