I had such a great experience at Honda West Las Vegas! Jilmar Esperanza was incredible to work with. He listened to what I needed, was honest and straightforward, and made the entire process feel easy and pressure-free. He and General… Manager Gordon Shek made magic happen, and I drove off in a beautiful brand new 2026 Honda HR-V. I couldn’t be happier! Thank you, Jilmar and Honda West!

I was the first car in on Tuesday and Karla Gunther, my service writer, had gone through my records and was able to explain everything that was… to be done and within minutes I was fully informed and the car was sent off to the shop to have all of the work. I was offered a ride home and by 11:30am Karla called that my car was ready which was fantastic with all of the work that had to be done. I came in to pick up the car and it was bright and shinny and ready to take me home. Once again I have to thank Karla Gunther for her being ready when I came and expediting the major service that was provided!Review

My favorite part was the feeling I got at Honda West. Connor and everyone else on staff never pressured us or string… arm us, it was a nice environment to buy a car in. by AnikaLabree on 12/18/2016I pulled up wondering what stall to pull into. I saw the NO APPOINTMENTS big and clear and decided that was appropriate since I didnt make an appointment. There were about four cars ahead of me and I started to think maybe I should have… made an appointment. To my surprise, it went quick. I probably waited about 13 minutes until spoke to me. It was a friendly older guy asked me what I was there. Finally, about twenty minutes later Shaun came and took my information. He told me it would be about an hour and a half. Shaun came about almost an hour after I had went inside and said we were all done. He was very nice and thorough. I am definitely coming back to get my car serviced here.
