I called my service writer on Monday and she was able to make an appointment for me on Tuesday. I was the first car in on Tuesday and Karla Gunther, my service writer, had gone through my records and was able to explain everything that was to be done and within minutes I was fully informed and the car was sent off to the shop to have all of the work. I was offered a ride home and by 11:30am Karla called that my car was ready which was fantastic with all of the work that had to be done. I came in to pick up the car and it was bright and shinny and ready to take me home. Once again I have to thank Karla Gunther for her being ready when I came and expediting the major service that was provided!
