I had a hose that was leaking coolant onto the engine, and because I was under warranty, the problem was fixed at no charge. I had only had the car for 2 weeks. Javier was my contact person at the Honda repair shop and was extremely pleasant and professional. I had a 9 am appointment and the parts were not available. So I had to return at about 2:30 and the repair was done at that time.
