I pulled up wondering what stall to pull into. I saw the NO APPOINTMENTS big and clear and decided that was appropriate since I didnt make an appointment. There were about four cars ahead of me and I started to think maybe I should have made an appointment. To my surprise, it went quick. I probably waited about 13 minutes until spoke to me. It was a friendly older guy asked me what I was there. Finally, about twenty minutes later Shaun came and took my information. He told me it would be about an hour and a half. Shaun came about almost an hour after I had went inside and said we were all done. He was very nice and thorough. I am definitely coming back to get my car serviced here. Thanks Honda West!
