Service for Jetta Volkswagen
by JelenaB on 08/27/2024I went to the dealership where k bought the car two months ago ( sales associates’ name was IGOR amd he was FANTASTIC!) for scheduled check up service and oil change. I met Janik, their technician who greeted me and took my car keys. I was… impressed with his kindness, professionalism, knowledge and mannerism. He guided me to go to the the lounge and fell free to take coffee/ water, He explained that it would take up to two hours - it was one hour and thirty minutes. I had questions about certain car’s feature and not k my je was knowledge but he went extra mile to come to the car and actually showed me which button does what- those questions I have had. Some even judge you on your looks and tailor-fit the kind of service… they provide, but not in AutoNation (VW). Shout out to Sales Consultant Abbas Abhari who provided me with genuine and personal customer service. Provided help every step of the way. Not just showing me the lowest-priced base model to the highest trim, as well as the best deals they have and all possible sale options. They have the best trade-in value for your old car as well. Amazing Service!

Tire rotation, Oil Change and Car Wash

Plus, the car wash was only in the outside and not the inside. Worst Service EVER
by StevenL on 02/02/2024Terrible customer service. Failed to provide timely updates. was told by Midas that my Atlas had a cracked bushing, AutoNation said that the bushing was fine. Went back to Midas, they put it up on the rack and showed me the cracked bushing… (I took a phot to show Autonation. Then they said it was Not covered by warranty? Took it to Centennial Volkswagen and they said that "YES" it was covered by warranty. Alex has a LOT to learn about customer service !!!Hi Steven, we regret your experience with us here, but are glad you brought this to our attention. Poor communication

My sales experience was A++ from beginning to end
by Shon Lawhon on 11/06/2023Marko went above and beyond to accommodate all of our requests. What I liked, the most was that he came across very authentic and genuine. His tone and demeanor were friendly and professional. The used car that we came in for didn’t pass… their thorough inspection so Marko gave us plenty of options that were even better than the car we initially wanted. You can be assured that the cars they sell are very thoroughly vetted. Marko was very upfront with the maintenance records and the Carfax report. We felt very good about the purchase we made. The toughest decision was whether or not to purchase the expensive protection plan. It added an additional $3000 to the price of the car. I felt that without it I would be on my own for any future repairs within the next three years. But with it, I had the confidence in knowing that the car would be taken care of in case of any mechanical failure.
