Worst Service EVER

Terrible customer service. Failed to provide timely updates. was told by Midas that my Atlas had a cracked bushing, AutoNation said that the bushing was fine. Went back to Midas, they put it up on the rack and showed me the cracked bushing (I took a phot to show Autonation. Then they said it was Not covered by warranty? Took it to Centennial Volkswagen and they said that "YES" it was covered by warranty. Alex has a LOT to learn about customer service !!!
