AutoNation Volkswagen Las Vegas

I went to the dealership where k bought the car two months ago ( sales associates’ name was IGOR amd he was FANTASTIC!) for scheduled check up service and oil change. I met Janik, their technician who greeted me and took my car keys. I was impressed with his kindness, professionalism, knowledge and mannerism. He guided me to go to the the lounge and fell free to take coffee/ water, He explained that it would take up to two hours - it was one hour and thirty minutes. I had questions about certain car’s feature and not k my je was knowledge but he went extra mile to come to the car and actually showed me which button does what- those questions I have had. He is a customer service super star and his customer services skills and knowledge are spectacular!
