The used car that we came in for didn’t pass their thorough inspection so Marko gave us plenty of options that were even better than the car we initially wanted. You can be assured that the cars they sell are very thoroughly vetted. Marko was very upfront with the maintenance records and the Carfax report. We felt very good about the purchase we made. The toughest decision was whether or not to purchase the expensive protection plan. It added an additional $3000 to the price of the car. I felt that without it I would be on my own for any future repairs within the next three years. But with it, I had the confidence in knowing that the car would be taken care of in case of any mechanical failure. So all in all, we are very pleased with our transaction and the follow up and service after the transaction continues to be phenomenal.
