    Switch to the West Sahara AutoNation due to moving. I have always bought all my cars and serviced my cars from the Henderson AutoNation. This is the first time dealing with the West Sahara AutoNation. Everything went well and very happy with service received.

    Salespeople Ivory and Ray greeted me right away and I felt welcomed. They were very knowledgeable and showed me the SUV that I was interested in. The sales process was very easy and with no pressure. Chris the manager was very helpful and friendly too. Overall an excellent experience.

    Stephen was a great sales agent he helped me find the right vehicle for my needs and he knows a lot about the cars on the lot. He explained how the car works and any questions I had he had the answers. I was very happy with my new car !     Had a flat on my Buick Encore and had to take the tire off in my garage. After being told it could not be repaired I took the tire to Auto Nation GM on Sahara. The parts department pulled a new tire and the service Department took off the old and placed and balances the new tire on the rim. Overall this took 30 minutes and Zi was on my way. I expected to be there much longer. The service I received was excellent and exceptional.

    Have been going to this GMC dealer for about 20 years (before they were AutoNation). We always make an appointment for service and are always treated with respect. Pricing is good and it’s nice to be able to go to the same mechanic all the time. Great people and service!!!

    We arrived without an appointment, my vehicle was having starting issues. Bob said they were busy but would do what he could to get us taken care of. Less than 90 minutes later we were on the road. They took care of the Encore and took great care of us!

    I was impressed that the service manager Mike came and checked on me and explained what was going on, that was a first for me, Brian, my service writer was great also. Really nice people to deal with, would not dream of going anywhere else.

  • Platinum Warranty Sucks

    I pay monthly for the Platinum Warranty. I purchased my used vehicle at AutoNation Nation GMC on Sahara. I have had the vehicle approximately 6 months. I have been hearing a static/buzzing sound from the speaker and confirmed my entertainment package does cover it. However, when I arrive I'm told bc my speaker is discontinued they wont replace it. I asked them to just replace it with another speaker and they said they couldn't. So apparently I'm paying for warranty that does cover the speakers but if its discontinued I'm told I have to go to get it repaired elsewhere. Not the response I want and will be informing the BBB and consumer reporting agency and every social media.

    We brought our 2012 Buick Enclave in for service when the AC stopped working and we requested an oil change during this service for good measure. Two days and almost $3,000.00 later we left with a working vehicle until the next afternoon when the AC died again. We brought the vehicle back to them and were asked to pay for additional AC service which we calmly disputed as the AC was just repaired about 15 miles earlier. They didn't respond well to this request, and then they stopped responding at all, so we just went and picked up the vehicle to take it somewhere else after the weekend. After driving the vehicle for another 70 miles and in the middle of busy traffic the engine stalled completely out , every error alarm started to sound off and then liquid began spraying out of the bottom, center, of the engine which stranded my wife who was lucky enough to be able to pull into a parking lot. We are having the vehicle towed to another Service Mechanic which is going to cost us AGAIN but I am willing to pay more so I don't have to deal with the service people at AutoNation Buick. Needless to say we are never doing business with this place again.

    Well first off I appreciated the quick service I received when I brought in my trade in car for inspection. Next when I decided to pursue my options with buying a new car, Ivory Salter was more than helpful. He took the time to understand my personal situation and finances. With that he showed me options for cars that fit my circumstances. I really appreciated that in any sales person. Lastly, the affordability of the new car was amazing. It is a car I am going to love driving for the next 3 years.

  • Not as good as it once was

    Customer service was not as good as it usually is.Usually it feels like service is above and beyond. This time it was sub-par. I'm also still having issues with my vehicle. My previous service adviser was much better. She was knowledgeable, kind, kept me well informed of the process and made sure I was satisfied with the vehicle service. I cannot say the same about the new SA that I have been assigned to.

    People are not too friendly. Almost like they don't wanna me to bring my car to them. I DID NOT feal welcome at all. Starting from guy who work at out side the service place one that bring your car to parts guy to service advicer, your parts guy that work there he is the Worst, He ask me Why I am there.Your people that who work for you might be nice but they don't make you feal wanna come back to your shop again. You should go by the Carmax , Lexus , BMW or Acura dealers to see how they care there guest.
