  • Repair was not complete.

    I needed the taigate repaired, it would not lack. I informed Bob that the gate would open vertically, but would not work properly horizonally. When it was returned it opened verically, but the window had to be opened all the way for it to open.It is suppose to let the window down an inch or so when the button is pushed and then the door will open. So now I have to get it repaired again. This is the second time that I have paid a dealer to repair the tailgate and neither time was it repaired where it pened both ways. I have invested 0ver $600.00 in the repair of that tailgate and it still does not operate correctly. I will try angain and give the dealer the two repair orders that I was given as to the work that was done, in hope that theproblem can be resolved. Unpon return of the vehicle this last time some of the insulation was not even put back in and that is totally unacceptable.

    Working with Carlos was a breeze. We went to buy a car on a whim on a Saturday evening and he not only waited to get the car delivered that night to his location, but stayed with us past hours to make sure we were all set up and comfortable with the car. The dealership is all about customer service. We got asked by many people if we needed anything all the time and then the lounge/waiting area was a very nice and relaxing environment.

    If you want first class customer service at Desert Buick Sahara see Douglas. I'm a die hard Buick fan and have been going to this location for more than 20 years. It was always unpleasant because of the way I was treated by the service agent. On my last visit a few days ago I had the pleasure of having Douglas as my service agent and he knows how to make each customer feel like they are his top priority! The service department has always done a great job on my car and my problem has never been with them. I only hope Douglas is still there when I go back in 3 months for scheduled maintenance on my Buick!

    I purchased a new GMC Canyon. I chose to order the truck, because they only had two on the lot and they weren't exactly what I wanted. They helped me through the ordering process and ensured I got just what I wanted. It took about 8 weeks for the truck to get delivered, but they kept me updated weekly. Great truck! I'm very happy with it and the service I got from this dealer.

  • I would never come to this place again

    I went there to get a brake lamp fixed on my car due to a recall. About a week later i started to experience a loud noise from my brake. Called the service manager to get some help out as to see why i may be experiencing this noise. The service manager was not helpful at all he didnt even offer for me to bring mu car in to get it looked at. I will never step foot into this place again.

    My husband and I were shopping for a new SUV. We were undecided on what to get or how to go about it (buy/lease) and we looked at a lot of dealerships. When we arrived at the Auto Nation lot, we were not rushed up to by the sales personal. We were given time to look and when we were ready Freddy approached and answered all of our questions. We decided to go home and think about our decision to purchase and to make sure we had fully digested everything. We felt no pressure, which in turn was one of the reasons we decided to move forward with this dealership. We went back the next morning and bought our SUV!

    The Autonation commercial came on tv and it caught my attention. The incentives were back and I was driving a 2008 Mercedes C300, it had 80,000 miles on it. The only thing in the future for this car was expensive maintenance and repairs. My sales person informend me that the GMC Terrain I was looking at actually came with 2 years of scheduled maintenance. I immediately factored two years of driving my current vehicle would cost over $1000 in scheduled maintenance, and the car would only be getting older. Autonation GMC gave me what kelly blue book said was fair for my trade. (Goodbye Benz!) Autonation GMC had to deal with me and my kelly blue book research. Even before I looked at KBB, my sales person already told me the price of the vehicle, with their costs of tinting the windows and other special things that go in in Las Vegas and they still sold it to me for what kbb said was the fair purchase price. I received the tax credit for my trade in on top of incentives from the factory which fully paid off my existing car loan. (That raises the credit score too!) It seemed to me that I was actually coming out ahead all the way around. I miss my Mercedes, like I miss chicken pox. This new Terrain has 10 times more features, cost a lot less, looks great, is an SUV and gas is $3.11 a gallon. I can keep going on and on but I have to tell my friends about the dealership and the incentives, and tax credit, basically everything I learned at your facility.

    Rob was fantastic!! I initially submitted an internet inquiry - he responded within minutes. I had submitted LOTS (at least 20+) prior to this inquiry with very slow response times and in most cases my questions were never answered. Rob was quick to respond, answered any/all my questions and found vehicles that met my requirements and/or limitations. I had had a very bad experience earlier with a different dealer and it was refreshing to be treated with respect and honesty. I would not have expected to buy a Buick - it wasn't even on my list of search vehicles - but I came across one on the internet and although it wasn't the one I ultimately selected Rob found a car that fit my needs. I am very satisfied with my experience. I had doubts dealing with a big corporate giant like Auto Nation but Rob and the entire team at AutoNation Buick GMC West Sahara were so professional - it was the best car buying experience I have ever encountered. Rob, Terry and Allan were all top-notch - great experience that I will pass on to as many people that will listen

    The work done was done well. However, I feel the price was a bit high for new brake pads. I also was a bit surprised when I had been called and told the car was ready, but when I got there it hadn't been washed as they said it would that morning. They said they would wash it right then, but I didn't want to wait another 20 minutes, because I had my young children with me whom I had just picked up from school, and they needed to get home for soccer practice. Other than that, every one was courteous, pleasant, professional and friendly. The recent remodel of the buildings was also nice.
