Platinum Warranty Sucks

onI pay monthly for the Platinum Warranty. I purchased my used vehicle at AutoNation Nation GMC on Sahara. I have had the vehicle approximately 6 months. I have been hearing a static/buzzing sound from the speaker and confirmed my entertainment package does cover it. However, when I arrive I'm told bc my speaker is discontinued they wont replace it. I asked them to just replace it with another speaker and they said they couldn't. So apparently I'm paying for warranty that does cover the speakers but if its discontinued I'm told I have to go to get it repaired elsewhere. Not the response I want and will be informing the BBB and consumer reporting agency and every social media.
