Turn and burn like a used dealer on Nellis blvd
by Buyer beware on 08/14/2024Read reviews about the experience after the purchase. This is a turn and burn environment and once they have your money, they will no longer return calls, or emails. This issue has been going on with service in regards to a CPO vehicle… that service said had pre-existing when the car was purchased because it doesn't happen quickly. It is something that gradually wears incorrectly, specifically one rotor. Even though they said it already existed at the time of purchase, they insist on doing nothing about it except charging full rack rate to repair the problem This also proves they in fact do not do a thorough inspection of a CPO car let alone one that isn't CPO. Buyer beware at Henderson BMW and possibly any auto nation dealer.Hi, thank you for taking the time to leave us feedback. Always dread going to the Dealer, but they never disappoint.

Work is done well, and the video sent by the technician showing what work is being done is a great feature. Car is always clean upon pick-up.… Only downside is that there is always a light that hasn't been reset. I was given an apology and restitution for the inconvenience of having to figure it out myself, so I don't hold it against them. The video inspection walk through with the service mechanic was next level, recommended what needed to… get done next. Loaner vehicle was an X3 and got to drive and get to know the advancement that the newer model featured. The team there are very good about explaining what will be done on my car and what eventually "is" done and why...as a widow this helps me to not repeat the reason for bringing in the vehicle… in to them in the first place if it's a repair.
