Read reviews about the experience after the purchase. This is a turn and burn environment and once they have your money, they will no longer return calls, or emails. This issue has been going on with service in regards to a CPO vehicle that service said had pre-existing when the car was purchased because it doesn't happen quickly. It is something that gradually wears incorrectly, specifically one rotor. Even though they said it already existed at the time of purchase, they insist on doing nothing about it except charging full rack rate to repair the problem This also proves they in fact do not do a thorough inspection of a CPO car let alone one that isn't CPO. Buyer beware at Henderson BMW and possibly any auto nation dealer.
