    Do not take your car here. I was in an accident and they said anything it took for me to leave my car with them. To quote the manager “ I will make your car like new”. Well it wasn’t. I’ve taken it back there now twice. The trim keeps coming out of the door, the frame or bars in the door feel pushed out because they are closer to skin of the door than all the other doors. When I first got the car the door would have to be pushed hard to shut and would jump up when almost closed because it wasn’t even aligned right. They also used some sort of adhesive to glue the door in position because the door is bowed in the center, which is why I think my trim keeps coming out. When I first picked up the car there was dust everywhere and some sort of putty or paste was all over the inside door handle. Also yeah, that manager who said “I’ll make your car like new” is also the same guy who told me the 2nd time I took it back up there for the same issue and I quote “ you can’t compare a new car door to a repaired door” the irony and lack of professionalism is astounding. If you press the center of the door you can hear the adhesive sticking and coming unstuck as well. I guess they thought it would hold through winter and I was really dumb. Which is what the lady in there tried to pull on me, she claims that in her picture if you zoom in really hard you can see the trim was already like that prior to them. It isn’t true as I have and will be posting all the pictures I have in the morning. Let’s just play devils advocate and say the trim was messed up , why would you replace the reskinned door with faulty seals? Like I said, the lack of professionalism is astounding, definitely “making the car like new”. As I said I have the pictures and will be posting them but after this last encounter I had to make a review so others can know what to expect. Still waiting for them to call me back about the trim they ordered… do not go here. My car also only had 8k miles on it, it basically was still a new car, also a lease…

  • Broken parts after warranty work!!!

    My truck went in for warranty work took pictures day before inside and out. When my truck was returned the dashboard and glovebox are broken. Reached out to Dan (services manager) he tells me to bring truck back looks at it and says it’s part of warranty work to break parts and not repair!! Mike the general manager won’t even return phone calls!!! AVOID

  • A true experience in terrible service

    My entire experience was just one line of BS after another. They too 2 weeks just to get me in. They kept my car for almost 3 week to fix the air conditioning and all it was was one excuse after another about why their highly trained, certified technician didn't have it ready. It took over a week just to get the parts they needed and they told me up front it might be "a day or two". I could've driven the car around for that week instead of dropping an extra $500 on a rental, but they didn't care. Customer service is not their priority. This is so true, that they have an entire team of [non-permissible content removed] so that you never talk to a technician or a manager, just [non-permissible content removed] wasting your time. No wonder they charge 3 times as much for work that's half as good.

    I had to get my Yukon fixed for service. It took forever and I understand that but I needed my vehicle to go on vacation. Well after a week the car was still not fixed. It is a 2021 and was under warranty. I was told to rent a vehicle and go on vacation and that I would be reimbursed. I did and went on vacation. I rented a similar vehicle to what I owned and when I got back I turned in the rental bill $1600.00 for the week. The service manager took my recite for the rental to turn it in. After 3 more weeks I received a check for $414.00 with no explanation. I have tried to call several times to get an answer why I only received $414.00 not $1600.00. I am still waiting for the answer. Not Happy

    I was greeted upon arrival and Chris took very great care of me. I even expressed to Chris about how I nervous about an upcoming job interview in which he was able to tell me about confidence and having a faithful relationship with God is everything important. Chris was able to tell me about his upcoming which was very inspirational. Chris made me feel at ease when it came to not only getting my vehicle taken care of but with my upcoming interview as well. Chris is truly a man of God and does honest work. I’m really thankful he was able to help me with not only my vehicle but my anxiety for my job interview. Chris, if you can see this, don’t stop being the person you are. You were truly a blessing. I also want you to know that I got the job as well. Thank you. -Logan Washington

    I really tried to give this dealership a chance. After multiple interactions with different employees I had to give up. DO NOT patronize this establishment. Poor communication, inferior customer service will be what you receive
