Wait time for an oil change has been reasonable. On average 45 mins to 1 hr. Waiting area has coffee , tv, wifi. I was even… offered a snack, while I waited.Great sales team

I was told by my local bank that I could get an interest rate of 3.29% and Kurt at Feldman said he could beat it 4 hours of paperwork and 7 credit… checks later trying to find me a better interest rate than at my local bank I end up with a slightly worse interest rate and missing 40 points on my credit score.. They ran all those reports without me having any idea... I confronted him via txt and he said he had no clue that they did that.. Come to see here on the rest of the reviews it is a common problem. Very disappointed and frustrated... I will say that he did buy us Taco Bell. 1.5 stars for the crunch wrapAnother Uneventful Service Visit

Like all the other visits, I made the appointment, my car was moved quickly to service, and I was leaving 35 minutes after checking in. The service group at Feldman… Chevrolet in Highland is fantastic! They are friendly and efficient and will do whatever it talks to make sure I leave satisfied. For now, there isn't a reason for me to take my car elsewhere for service. This service department is the best!knowledgable service dept clean n curtious service dept.

We just spent the whole day with our salesman, Tom Rollison, who by the way is former military. What a nice… man. He strived to find us the vehicles that we wanted the most and accomplished his mission. I leased a 2015 Silverado, and my wife leased a 2015 Traverse. Both vehicles were exactly what we wanted. Mr. Rollison was fantastic, as were the Sales Manager, Tony Torey. Even the service department, Bud, Peter, and Wendy are all professionals who know their job. This dealership is aces in my book and I will always deal with them!Wheel bearing replacement

They installed the part that I provided and were done quickly. I was able to pick up my kids… and get them to gymnastics on time. Very grateful for quick service and their status updates while I waited in the waiting area.ask for bill murray

A friend who works in their body shop recommended I ask for Bill Murray. Here is why, Bill didn't just… give me a business card to contact him with further questions he went out of his way to get me the exact vehicle I wanted. So now I'm the proud owner of a 2014 Chevy sonic lt. It gets even better from there. If you want the perfect car buying experience go ask for Bill and you'll see that nobody else at any other dealer can beat his customer service skills.Outstanding Customer Service!!!!!

As hectic, and stressful the whole situation has been for me, I couldn't have asked for… better customer service from Jared P, and his coworkers at Jay Chevrolet! Jared made sure that the process went quickly and smoothly; taking care of every little detail and making sure that I received exactly what I wanted. He was able to find the exact same car I had originally bought, and even got me a better deal the second time around. Not only did this salesman keep me there all day trying to swing a deal, but once I did finally choose the vehicle I wanted, I find out the windshield is cracked on the way driving… it home. Immediately brought it back to the dealer who says we'll replace it and have it back in a day or so. A day later I call the dealer (they never called me) and the salesman says it's a hard to get item and may take 3 to 5 days. For a windsheild? are you kidding me. Still waiting to get my new car back as I am writing this. Stay away from this dealer at all costs.Chevy Spark
by klaws19 on 08/28/2014At first the salesman was nice, then the second he started selling a more expensive car at the same time, I lost almost all of his attention. I was supposed to get a license plate in the mail from the dealership a few days later. It has now… been 16 days and I have yet to receive one and am now unable to drive my car because the temporary plate is expired. The salesman also lied about there being a spare tire in the car and forgot to set up my sirius radio. I reached out to the sales man via email asking him asking about the status of my license plate and about the sirius radio and his response only touched base on the license plate and basically just said he'd put it in the mail. No apology for the wait or inconvenience or anything. A few days later and still no plate. I am completely unsatisfied and disappointed with my experience. The only part of my experience that I was satisfied with the financial guy, Mr. W. He was very nice and professional. Also, the car was dirty when I received it.Great place to buy a vehicle

Refreshing Experience

I had every intention to purchase my 2013 Avalanche from them as well, yet they did not have the exact… Avalanche I had in mind, yet JAY CHEVROLET did have it in stock. Since a dealer trade was not possible, I gave the sale to Craig in new car sales at Jay. I have to say that in having purchased as I think back, at least 30 new cars for either myself or company in the last 35 years. I have never enjoyed the purchased experience as well as I have with Jay. Craig has bent over backwards to get the original sale closed and delivered in what was about 1 hour time form me walking in the door for their used car person to review my trade to my driving away in the new 2013 Avalanche. Then I had a couple minor issues that needed service, Andy in the service department made that experience extremely fast and painless. Had the vehicle repairs done on time and right the first time. I should mention I am not one to fill out surveys, it is just I have been so pleasantly refreshed by the experience in dealing with Jay Chevrolet, that I felt it valuable to say thank-you.J Moore, thank you so much for taking the opportunity to do business with our team at Jay Chevrolet. Easiest Car Buying Experience Ever!

I thought I would try Jay Chevrolet for something different and I am so glad that I did. My dealer, Matt T, made this experience SUPER easy. He was very friendly… and patient when I asked questions. I have never had a dealer who helped me as much as Matt did. He was not pushy, but helped me choose the car that would be best for me. I would recommend Matt to anyone. Matt was very friendly to me. Somehow I arrived at a site that gave me a listing of about 6 dealerships to compare prices for a 2014 Traverse. 2-minutes after completing my… information, I was contacted by Jay Chevrolet. I was given a rough estimate about the price and scheduled a drive with Matt T. Upon arriving at the dealership, Matt greeted me and asked just a few questions. Within about 5 minutes I was test driving a new Traverse. When I returned I was not completely happy with that exact vehicle, Matt put me into a different one. Throughout the process I had many questions for Matt, and all were answered immediately. I am very happy with the vehicle choice and Matt with the stress free process of getting a new vehicle. Everyone at the dealership was very friendly and very helpful. It is nice to know that even weeks after getting my vehicle, Matt has contacted me just to make sure I am happy with the vehicle. (The vehicle provides an alert to the user requesting service be made) Car was dropped off with Andy promptly the following morning. Repairs were made at the… end of the day, but Andy called and asked to keep the car another day. Apparently, during the charging of the battery an unusual noise was heard and the mechanic (Bob) wanted to follow up. Initial problem was a sensor in the battery charging fluid circuit and the car was ready for pick up the next day at 7:00 am. Washed and ready to go! Nice job guys. Jay gets the job done when they say and always professionally. Not bad when it comes to the most complicated car in American history! Great Job.The Worst Car Buying Experience Ever!
by stever18 on 02/17/2014updated 06/04/2025Went January 21st 2014 to test drive and buy a Certified 2010 Lacrosse. First the car wouldn't start,had to jump it. Drove the car and liked it all but the battery and the brakes pulsed.Harry B was the sales person. After getting things… rolling to buy the car they were to replace the battery and cover and check the brakes. Then a guy named Ed R came up and said they would check out the battery and brakes but had to much money in the car to replace things. Harry and I made a deal, So I left $1000.00 down and I was to come back and finish the paper work and pick up the car January 27 only then to be told the car had been hit in the rear by a service person and had to be fixed and painted and could not pick up until the 31st. I went on the 31st to inspect the car. All looked good except the battery, Then Ed R told me the battery was load tested and was fine and thensaid "Do you want the car certified" I said the car is certified he then said" No, we did the 172 point certification check list but if I wanted it certified it would cost me $698.00" I told Harry to give me back my $1000.00 down payment i was leaving! Harry said wait a minute and returned and said Ed was wrong. After all was done and I was going to leave to battery was dead and noticed the floor mats were missing should have been in the trunk. Harry had the car jumped again and they took it to service to put in a new battery and check on the floor mats was told they were thrown out and they would be sent to me. On February 8th Harry called and had to send a guy 73 miles to have me sign the title and my floor mats would be in on Monday the 10th and sent out. On the 15th my temporary plate expired so no car until someone can deliver it on Monday 2/17/2014 and still no floor mats was told they had been sent out Friday2/14/2014. I guess i will just have to wait and see!BUYER BEWARE - NEVER EVER BUY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP!!!

Unfortunately, I cannot say this about my current situation purchasing a used vehicle from them. Ryan was my used car salesman. We… contacted him from an advertisement that we had seen offering a push pull or drag special because we were still making payments on a car that we could not drive because the engine was bad. We explained several times to Ryan that we ABSOLUTELY HAD to stay within the same payment that we currently had for the broke down car and if they couldn't do that no problem. We would just wait until we were able to payoff the broken down car and come back at that time. During the whole process Ryan kept calling us to get us to agree to a higher payment in which we kept telling him no that we would just wait until the other car was paid off. Finally on the very last day of the month.... We got a call from Ryan telling us that he was able to work out a great deal giving us everything that we asked for. We went in and he showed us a beautiful Saturn Outlook that was still over the monthly payment budget that we wanted by $50 but we felt at the time that it was an excellent deal so we agreed and signed the papers. Note that they had us sign "AS-IS" papers in which we did because we had made it clear that we wanted a warranty. Ed, the used car sales manager went over the deal with us and explained that our lender would not allow us to include the warranty in the payment but we could purchase a zero interest warranty separately but it was getting late so he would make sure someone contacted us first thing in the morning to go over the warranty information and that we could drive the Saturn home that night. Jay offers a 3 day return option where we can return the car within 3 days so we took it home. They also never gave us copies of the contracts that we signed either. We were told that we had to wait to make sure the deal was funded before we could have our copies. I have never had contracts that I signed withheld before and when I spoke to my lender about that they told me the contracts should've never been held. Ryan finally mailed the copies of our signed contracts 2 1/2 weeks later! Anyway, the next day we waited patiently to be contacted about the warranty which we never were so I started calling them. First I got that Ed was off that day, then after a few more days I got that Ed is now in new cars not used, so I need to talk to a guy name Mark who guess what... he happened to be off on that day! I left several messages with Mark with no response. When I finally had a chance to speak with Mark he promised me that he would email me a quote for the warranty as soon as he finished up with a customer that he was currently with. Well he sent me an email alright. One that was meant to go to another customer not me. When I responded to Mark's email he still never replied back. Then nearly a week and a half later of still getting the run around to purchase a warranty the transmission goes out and the check engine light comes on . We hadn't even put 500 miles on the car yet and it is no longer drivable! Still several calls into Mark, Ed, and Ryan with no response to get me a quote for a warranty that I now absolutely need with no other choice or I have another vehicle that I can't drive that I am paying a lot more for and a lot longer on than the original broke down one. It took my boyfriend having to take a day off of work to go there and sit until Mark would give him the info on the warranty. Guess what... The warranty is an additional $150 a month!!! That is why they waited to offer the warranty and they made sure our 3 days were up so we couldn't back out! We would have never agreed to the deal if we knew we would end up $200 over our budget! And we have a lemon on top of it! Now we are trying to use our warranty that is supposed to be bumper to bumper and and includes a rental car with zero deductible. We were supposed to have our car picked up and towed to Jay on Tuesday and provided with a rental car. Well that didn't happen! Now it's Thursday we finally had a tow truck come get the car and my boyfriend rode with the tow truck guy per the service man at Jay's instructions and promises of a rental car waiting for him, he arrives there and they don't want to give him a rental car and tells him it's going to be at least 5 days before they can even look at our car! And they want us to pay for the diagnostics too at $170. Plus rental car fees! This is absolutely the most horrible experience I have EVER had purchasing a used vehicle. I DO NOT recommend this dealership to anyone! Hopefully they will get my vehicle repaired under the warranty without any additional costs. Wish me luck!
