Feldman Chevrolet of Highland

At first the salesman was nice, then the second he started selling a more expensive car at the same time, I lost almost all of his attention. I was supposed to get a license plate in the mail from the dealership a few days later. It has now been 16 days and I have yet to receive one and am now unable to drive my car because the temporary plate is expired. The salesman also lied about there being a spare tire in the car and forgot to set up my sirius radio. I reached out to the sales man via email asking him asking about the status of my license plate and about the sirius radio and his response only touched base on the license plate and basically just said he'd put it in the mail. No apology for the wait or inconvenience or anything. A few days later and still no plate. I am completely unsatisfied and disappointed with my experience. The only part of my experience that I was satisfied with the financial guy, Mr. W. He was very nice and professional. Also, the car was dirty when I received it.
