At the beginning of my process of looking for a new vehicle, I did most of my research online. Somehow I arrived at a site that gave me a listing of about 6 dealerships to compare prices for a 2014 Traverse. 2-minutes after completing my information, I was contacted by Jay Chevrolet. I was given a rough estimate about the price and scheduled a drive with Matt T. Upon arriving at the dealership, Matt greeted me and asked just a few questions. Within about 5 minutes I was test driving a new Traverse. When I returned I was not completely happy with that exact vehicle, Matt put me into a different one. Throughout the process I had many questions for Matt, and all were answered immediately. I am very happy with the vehicle choice and Matt with the stress free process of getting a new vehicle. Everyone at the dealership was very friendly and very helpful. It is nice to know that even weeks after getting my vehicle, Matt has contacted me just to make sure I am happy with the vehicle. I wouldn't hesitate to get my next vehicle from Jay Chevrolet and Matt T.
