Money is tight right now so I appreciated them not selling me something I didn't need and… couldn't afford. Great Service with Online Purchase

The sales consultant Dusten went out of his way to get photos of the vehicle and answered every question without any high pressure sales pitch. As a customer I was treated to excellent… customer service through-out the process including helping coordinate the shipping. The responsiveness and patience with working through the challenges to close the online transaction were exceptional.Thank you for the glowing review! Driving an Hour for Outstanding Service
by Thomas on 01/07/2021First I like being able to make a reservation, since I am driving from South Haven which is an hour drive. Not having to wait in line for service is extremely important to me after driving an hour to the dealership. Next I like the VIP… treatment where the staff goes out of their way to meet me promptly, review the reason for the visit and directs me to the waiting area, which is 1st class. I was advised several times during my wait on the service progress and estimated completion time. My service required an hour plus some road tests, so I appreciated the frequent updates. Even the technician who performed the work talked to me about what he did and why. Bottom line - I received "outstanding" customer service from everyone involved.Thomas, thank you for sharing this great feedback with us. We feel our service department is what makes Fox Ford Mazda special. Liked the salesman. Dealership could have been more concerned.
by Edward on 12/27/2020I appreciated Austin’s effort to work with us, especially given my wife’s concerns about her health, to work through the details of the deal without her having to come into the dealership. However, more consideration by the dealership could… have made this experience much better. Other dealership employees could have been more concerned about our safety by following COVID protocols. Contracts could have been drawn up and shared by email so we could review them before arriving to pick up the car. We made the appointment 5 days before we picked it up and asked several times by email and phone to see them before we went. We had to wait (outside in the cold due to COVID) while they were finalized. Spot cleaning of the interior wasn’t done.Edward, we appreciate you leaving this honest feedback about your experience. Very knowledgeable, no pressure

Dealership is located in convenient spot so we opted to come to GR rather than Kalamazoo. I even texted sales rep during off hours about… the security blinking light and he responded promptly. Don't plan to do that again, but I was impressed that he even responded.Thanks for this awesome review, Diane!
