Very knowledgeable, no pressure

Sales rep was very knowledgeable, explained the vehicle well, didn't pressure me to make my decision. Dealership is located in convenient spot so we opted to come to GR rather than Kalamazoo. I even texted sales rep during off hours about the security blinking light and he responded promptly. Don't plan to do that again, but I was impressed that he even responded.
