Driving an Hour for Outstanding Service

First I like being able to make a reservation, since I am driving from South Haven which is an hour drive. Not having to wait in line for service is extremely important to me after driving an hour to the dealership. Next I like the VIP treatment where the staff goes out of their way to meet me promptly, review the reason for the visit and directs me to the waiting area, which is 1st class. I was advised several times during my wait on the service progress and estimated completion time. My service required an hour plus some road tests, so I appreciated the frequent updates. Even the technician who performed the work talked to me about what he did and why. Bottom line - I received "outstanding" customer service from everyone involved.
