I appreciated Austin’s effort to work with us, especially given my wife’s concerns about her health, to work through the details of the deal without her having to come into the dealership. However, more consideration by the dealership could have made this experience much better. Other dealership employees could have been more concerned about our safety by following COVID protocols. Contracts could have been drawn up and shared by email so we could review them before arriving to pick up the car. We made the appointment 5 days before we picked it up and asked several times by email and phone to see them before we went. We had to wait (outside in the cold due to COVID) while they were finalized. Spot cleaning of the interior wasn’t done.
