Great people and great service

I recently has a small accident sliding on ice and progressive determined that my car should be totaled. I was devastated as I had recently paid off the vehicle. not only was Tim in the Collison shop awesome at guiding me through… everything, Pat in used cars sales got me in to a great new used car that was newer and less mile than what I had. These guys made a traumatic situation much better for me. 5 stars.

We came in just to find out about leasing a Ford Escape, and drove out with one. Marge listened to our story, gave condolences, and just… listened to what we were looking for. She was not a "pushy" salesman. She picked out the perfect car for our needs, catered to my handicap, and drove us out in the lot to look at the car. Before we knew it, we had filled out an application, and she was getting the car prepped for delivery. We are a Ford family, and our extended family drives Fords. What sold us on getting a car at Crest Ford was NOT the product, but the salesperson Marge Katalis. We will definitely be back, and hopefully Marge will still be there! Crest took care of it for me and is my go to for service now. Last visit combined oil change… and recall work on my 2015 Escape and ready in less time than quoted.Great Services!
by Charles6738 on 12/03/2015We were traveling home to Alabama from Sterling Heights Michigan when my time inflation light activated. Being concerned we went to our smart phone to find a dealership / repair shop. Our phone directed us to Crest Ford. Upon arrival we… were greeted by shop employee Korey O'Malley. When I described our situation to Korey, he immediately took our vehicle into the shop, and directed my wife and me to the customer lounge when they provided free coffee, and soft drinks. Within a matter of 30 minutes Korey returned to tell us that all of our tires were a little under inflated probably due to cold weather, and that they had properly gauged all 4 tires. The shop personnel also washed the exterior of our vehicle prior to returning it to us. I pulled out my billfold to pay for the service rendered only to be told by Korey that we did not owe anything. Wow, what an positive experience! This business could have easily, and rightfully charged us for shop time, and we would have gladly paid but they chose not to. When we left the business I immediately called my daughter in Sterling Heights and told her about our experience. I told her if she ever needed vehicle service, or when they got ready for a new vehicle to please consider Crest Ford. by szerilli on 12/01/2015I came in for an oil change on my 2012 Focus and that was performed along with an complimentary car wash. The Service Advisor, Korey O'Malley informed me that I needed tires at that time. He offered to give me a few estimates which was very… helpful. He then provided me with the estimates and informed me that there were rebates available at that time and that if I chose to purchase the tires through Ford Motor Credit that there would be an additional rebate. I decided at a later date that I wanted to purchase the tires through Ford Motor Credit and Mr. O'Malley was more than helpful with the process. At no time did I feel any pressure form him I was only encouraged with the decisions that I made. To me Mr. O'Malley resembles everything that is good in any personal customer service and I feel that he should be noticed for this.10,000 mile Truck Maintenance Service (Oil And Oil Filter Change).

I like that type of performance for my 2008 fusion. watched the maintenance crew in action on the monitor and personally verified that the correct… amount of oil was added to my I-4 engine. both mike and the mechanic crew were A-Okay in my book. I was scheduled for 8 am and arrived about ten minutes early and was promptly met by mike rabbo who immediately went into action to do his functions starting the write-up and taking the necessary readings off my vehicle to start the work of my routine maintenance visit plus a tire rotation. I was out the door and on my way by 8:30 am.Great dealership!

I would like to suggest that anytime service is rendered to send the vehicle through the car wash. Nothing says service… above and beyond like a clean car. :)
