Very pleased with service dept. Actually leased Escape fr Suburban but not happy how they handled the clutch shudder recall on my previous Focus. Crest took care of it for me and is my go to for service now. Last visit combined oil change and recall work on my 2015 Escape and ready in less time than quoted.
