Crest Ford

I came in for an oil change on my 2012 Focus and that was performed along with an complimentary car wash. The Service Advisor, Korey O'Malley informed me that I needed tires at that time. He offered to give me a few estimates which was very helpful. He then provided me with the estimates and informed me that there were rebates available at that time and that if I chose to purchase the tires through Ford Motor Credit that there would be an additional rebate. I decided at a later date that I wanted to purchase the tires through Ford Motor Credit and Mr. O'Malley was more than helpful with the process. At no time did I feel any pressure form him I was only encouraged with the decisions that I made. To me Mr. O'Malley resembles everything that is good in any personal customer service and I feel that he should be noticed for this.
