Great people and great service

I recently has a small accident sliding on ice and progressive determined that my car should be totaled. I was devastated as I had recently paid off the vehicle. not only was Tim in the Collison shop awesome at guiding me through… everything, Pat in used cars sales got me in to a great new used car that was newer and less mile than what I had. These guys made a traumatic situation much better for me. 5 stars.

I am happy with my experience at this time.We are so happy with Crest Ford! I will never shop anywhere else!

As parents of 3 teenage boys, that are always hanging around with friends, we needed a larger vehicle. Matt our… Salesman/ Financial approval man was able to target just what we needed. We had never even considered a Saturn Outlook. We always though these large beautiful vehicles would always be out of our price range. I am so proud to drive my new vehicle and even placed a family decal on the back window to show everyone, that we WERE able to afford such a vehicle thanks to Matt Ceci! Pat the office manager also introduced himself to us and reassured us that we were getting quality service! I will ALWAYS recommend and purchase my future vehicles to Crest Ford! by Rqueen474 on 09/01/2015I have had major issues with the transmission in my 2013 Ford Focus since I purchased it. I took it to Roy O'Brien Ford in St. Clair Shores, Mi initially and had a brand new transmission installed.After waiting 6 weeks for an appointment… because I "didn't purchase my car from that dealership", they kept my car for 4 days without even looking at it! The service department there made me feel like a 3rd class citizen- rude and condescending. My experience with Crest Ford has been exceptional!!! The communication with the service department was stellar and when I picked up my vehicle, Sammie explained everything that was done thoroughly and politely!!! She told me that they also found an oil leak from the engine and repaired it and gave me a complimentary oil change! I am now a happy customer of Crest Ford for life!!!
