Vito was attentive our… needs throughout the entire 5-1/2 month order process, even calling days later to say he saw our G at a local restaurant :). Jonny is beyond fantastic; his enthusiastic demeanor and comprehensive knowledge of the many features, functions, and vehicle system shortcuts is astounding. Andrew was responsive to all of our questions and instrumental in handling a last-minute order change, and Fahad oversaw every step of our very enjoyable experience. We asked if it would be possible to purchase/trade in on the same day because we live… nearly two hours away, he made it happen! We arrived home with our new dream car 6 hours later. As a result I decided to upgrade to a new 2024 at this store. I met a sales person, Cassandra Bell. She worked diligently to get… me the vehicle I wanted and a price I could live with. The most important aspect of the buying process was need feeling pressured at any time. Everybody from reception, finance and sales were all friendly and knowledgeable. Got the car I wanted
by James G on 11/06/2023Second time going to BMW Sudbury and each time was able to drive off in the cars I wanted. X3 was ready for tested drive when I arrived. BMW pretty much sell themselves however Chelsie did a great job to get things rolling. She was easy… to talk too, wasn't pushy and was straight forward about everything after she talked with the managers. Worked with Joe D. on the finance side he was great. Showed me numbers better than what I excepted. At the end of the day that building is there to make Herb happy, at the end of my day I have to keep my wife happy, and she is.Hi James! Fastest & Most Streamlined New Car Sales Process

We live very busy, fast paced lives, and gone are the days when one has 6+ hours to waste in a… dealership 'haggling' for a vehicle . It takes away from the joy of the occasion. At BMW of Sudbury, from the vehicle selection and price negotiations/discounts provided by Rachael (all online), to the follow-through and constant updates from Darwin, to the final contracts signing and close-out with Brian from the Finance Office - everything was handled in a professional and expeditious manner. Dishonest!

I have lived in MA for 10+ years and have bought 6 new cars over those years – every time I wanted to buy a new car my friends would say, NEVER buy from Herb Chambers! After 10 yrs., I… thought they cannot be that bad than other car dealers in town. How could I be so WRONG! I bought a $140K “New” car from BMW Sudbury – which actually turned out to be a “demo” car which the dealer insisted, in writing, from the beginning that it was a new car and NOT a demo. They claimed the GM only test drove it a for a few of days (put 200 miles). It had all the features I wanted and they convinced me it was not a “demo” so I did the deal. The day I am picking up the car I find out, by accident, that it actually is a “demo” car – demand to speak to the GSM, Mr. Walsh, and he says that his team made a mistake by telling me that is was a “new” car and that I own it now and if I wanted to “sell” it back to them I could. So, lesson learned…Buyer Beware. NEVER buy from Herb Chambers car dealers!!Vic, it's disheartening to read that you felt misled about the car you purchased from us. They bait you with their online trade in value.
by Alex on 04/09/2023I purchased my 2018 BMW 750i Xdrive from Herb Chambers Boston dealership. I wasn’t very happy with Boston dealer’s service and I started going to Sudbury dealership. I wanted change my vehicle and decided to purchase a used 2020 540i xdrive… from this location. From their website I did request a trade in value for my vehicle. My car is in excellent condition, but their website gave me the Fair market value for $49K for my vehicle. I also got a quote from Herb Chambers’ Boston location, I got $52K for my vehicle. I clearly talked to the person who called me that I don’t want to get a low ball offer when I go to their dealership. She said I can bring my car and there won’t be a much difference. I was prepared, printed both estimates from both Herb Chambers dealers’ website. When I wet there they said they will pay $34K for my car. $15K less than the estimate they gave me. I waited there more than half an hour and the sales manager came with an excuse that my car is 750XI and the estimate was for Alpina B7 model. I told him that how that could be possible, I entered the VIN number and this car was originally registered with Herb Chamber’s dealership. He couldn’t give an answer. He said he’ll need to spend more than $10K for my car to sell at their dealership. It was the biggest lie. Because I always serviced my vehicle at Herb Chambers dealers and even the recent service video clearly says that my vehicle is in great shape and I don’t need to do anything until the next service which is 5 months later. I drove from Newton to Sudbury for nothing. Clearly they bait you with the online trade in value and they give a lowball value when you go there and try to trick you. The sales manager even told me that he can give me that $49K trade in value if I buy brand new 7 series which is more than $120K because they make a lot of money on those vehicles. I was in shock. I sent a complaint email to Herb Chambers’ headquarters and they didn’t even care and didn’t even reply me back. We have 3 cars in our household right now and purchased our last 8 cars in 9 years from Herb Chambers but we will never ever again do business with Herb Chambers anymore.Thank you for sharing your experience, Alex. BMW of Sudbury - Above the Competition

The impressive thing about them is they take care of you from from the buying/leasing experience then… set you up with your service and maintenance programs. Being a returning customer, it does feel a bit like a family transaction. They help you get into the car you can afford with the least amount of haggle and always come up with solutions. There are no dislikes for me. Even with the challenge of supply they have work arounds and with a little patience you will get your car.Thank you for your kind words! by Jason M on 10/23/2021The WORST purchase experience. They let someone else test drive the X3 while we were waiting to purchase it. It took days for delivery of the X3 because it was excuse after excuse. We have tried several times to cancel a Tire and Wheel… protection and kept getting excuses as to why it wasn’t canceled. First, we couldn’t cancel until after 30 days, which was a lie. Second, we were getting a check because the wrong form was signed and the finance manager put on the paperwork the vehicle was totaled, another lie. Third time, they sent paperwork with incorrect information still. Instead of the General Manager saying, how can we make this right all we got is empty apologies for their mistakes and lack of customer service. First time shopping here and most definitely the LAST!Thank you for the feedback, Jason. The warranty was cancelled the moment you reached out and refunded prior to receiving the refund from the warranty company. I apologize for any confusion with who the refund was supposed to go.
