    Good service. They get you in and out. Facilities are subpar compared to other contemporary dealerships but service is just as good, if not better, than otjer dealerships.

    I drive out of my way to have my 2018 Honda CRV serviced at Lia Honda Northampton. It's a 30 minute drive from my home. However, I don't see it as an inconvenience, due to the great customer service of Desiree Frank in the service department and other staff at this dealership. I appreciate their honesty and the care given to my vehicle at each service visit. I've been going to Lia Honda Northampton for many years.

    We went in around 11am, and left with a car at 230pm. The salesman was cooperating with our needs and the buying experience went pretty smooth. They rushed the car to get clean and didn’t realize we left with a dead battery. It happens, we all make mistakes but they were very helpful on replacing our battery in a timely manner. All in all 4/5 star rating from us

    I brought my Honda Accord in for a check up before I left on a long trip. Amy Saletnik made sure my major systems were checked out and that any service needed was done. It was all accomplished in a reasonable time period, was very thorough, and was fairly priced. As usual, my experience at Lia , and with Amy, was productive, easy, and enjoyable.

    I took my honda crv in for service and it took longer than I wanted to wait. I sat there in the waiting room for 3 hours I wish they came out to tell long it was going to take.but that never happened.

    Lia Honda is great. The service writer Ruth is tops. My car had to stay in the shop overnight for timing cover reseal. Ruth fixed me up with a loaner car without any problem. The following day she explained everything that was done. I would also like to thank the mechanic Issac.

    Ray Becket was without a doubt the most helpful and accommodating sales representative I have ever dealt with and I am 76 years old ( lots of cars). He did everything to make me feel comfortable, coming to an agreement upon a deal, and initiating and completing all the paper work and registry requirements. When I drove off the Lia lot, I was done with everything thanks to Ray. A true pleasure and experience!!

    I haven’t had any experience with a car dealership since the beginning of the COVID crisis. Lia were very well set up for the drop off and pick up of my vehicle. Amy Saletnik, my service associate, did a great job, with accurate estimates of time and cost, and prompt and pleasant contact as soon as the service was complete.

    This isn’t the first time I’ve taken my vehicles in to be serviced at Lia Honda and have intentionally had Amy be my service advisor. It also won’t be the last time either. I realize that this is a generic post initially but now I’ll get down to the meat of the review. The workmanship is done with confidence and skill, Amy goes back through the cars before she releases them to the customers. On occasion that you have someone in the shop that you just don’t work well with Amy will also become the individual that addresses everything just so you’re taken care of. I recently went in to get wiper blades and the older gentleman confused what I needed and what another customer needed. Then he proceeded to attempt to lecture and started fighting with me over what parts I needed for my car despite my bringing the blade arms and refills in with me to get the parts. Once again Amy heard what was happening and came inside the parts department physically got the refills that I needed, helped facilitate the exchange insuring I was refunded for the unnecessary amount and then proceeded to walk out into the rain and put my new refills and wiper blades onto my car. Then she turned around and coordinated all the care needs for my mother car where she made sure the tires were mounted and the car was inspected and yet my third vehicle was inspected. To be clear this was a triple vehicle (of 5) to be serviced day. It just goes to show the level of skill commitment and compassion as well as attention to all the customers needs. With everything going on with my transportation the services were provided with quality over quantity.
