Their service dept. is a big reason why we’ve been so loyal to this dealership. Desiree Frank is the service rep. we use and the personalized service… she has provided over the years has simply been outstanding! I make my appts. specifically through her. She has great follow through, explains the services needed, those that aren’t, and has truly been available to me and my family for our Honda service needs. I returned to salesman Ray Becker (he sold me our… '13 Accord) and Ray welcomed me back with prompt and thorough replies to all my questions, and a great deal that I appreciated. Ray has a mature, seasoned and straightforward style. He tells it like it is without all the sales jargon, and when the time came to make me an offer, their best was as good as it gets.Thank you for taking the time to leave Ray this 5-star review! by Peter Davies on 02/17/2020My Honda Accord Coupe failed to start, I then had it jumpstarted ,and then called Amy Saletnik and took it up to Lia Honda to have them look at it. It ended up being the starter, and as it is a certified pre owned vehicle it was under… warranty. A nice surprise... Some other work was done and Amy sent a driver to pick me up at my house when it was ready. Pretty easy, it's why I always have Lia Honda do the work on my cars.Peter, thank you for your time and feedback. It's always a pleasure hearing from our wonderful customers! 2020 Honda Pilot

Ray Becker went above and beyond with customer service as well as being treated with respect. This… is about the 4/5th car we purchased from Lia. Service Department has been Super as well. Quick, easy, as expected. He reminded me of some upcoming service needs and I will bring… my Accord back for those services when my time allows it.
