Quality workmanship

This isn’t the first time I’ve taken my vehicles in to be serviced at Lia Honda and have intentionally had Amy be my service advisor. It also won’t be the last time either. I realize that this is a generic post initially but now I’ll get down to the meat of the review. The workmanship is done with confidence and skill, Amy goes back through the cars before she releases them to the customers. On occasion that you have someone in the shop that you just don’t work well with Amy will also become the individual that addresses everything just so you’re taken care of. I recently went in to get wiper blades and the older gentleman confused what I needed and what another customer needed. Then he proceeded to attempt to lecture and started fighting with me over what parts I needed for my car despite my bringing the blade arms and refills in with me to get the parts. Once again Amy heard what was happening and came inside the parts department physically got the refills that I needed, helped facilitate the exchange insuring I was refunded for the unnecessary amount and then proceeded to walk out into the rain and put my new refills and wiper blades onto my car. Then she turned around and coordinated all the care needs for my mother car where she made sure the tires were mounted and the car was inspected and yet my third vehicle was inspected. To be clear this was a triple vehicle (of 5) to be serviced day. It just goes to show the level of skill commitment and compassion as well as attention to all the customers needs. With everything going on with my transportation the services were provided with quality over quantity.
