Salesman Ivan Lovera was a… pleasure to with and was extremely helpful. Sales Manager Shawn Berryman was able to get us deal that made us feel confident that we made the right choice of buying a new vehicle from them. They have a large number of vehicles in stock and did not steer us in the direction of a vehicle that was out of our price range.A+ in Sales & Service!

Their Kia service center has always been better than expected with friendly folks doing my standard oil changes, etc. I also wanted to make sure I stayed with a new Kia.… The salesman and the mgr. were great! Great Experience!!!!

He was very considerate in listening to what I wanted and didn't want in a car. He really took the time to make sure… that my needs were met. He wanted to make sure that I was happy in the car. I have never met a carsalesman that cared so much about my needs then a sale being met. I honestly felt like it would be okay if it didn't happen that day. I was stressed going into it and he explained everything to me. They really took the time to explain every line of the lease and how it would work!!! I found a scuff mark on the inside of the car when I picked it. I was supposed to call the next day and totally forgot. They actually called me to schedule a time I could come in to get rid of it. I have already started recommending them to family and friends. Overall a great experience!!!!Wow, thank you for the great feedback. We strongly believe the customer is more important than the sale and I am glad to hear that Ainsley provided you with such great customer service by being patient and accommodating. John was knowledgable and understood my car needs. He was patient and stayed after-hours with me to complete my buying experience. Edgar A is friendly, knowledgeable and helpful without being pushy. I was interested in several different makes & models and he patiently… showed me all the cars and answered all my questions. There was no pressure as I took some time to make my decision. The purchase process was very easy. The staff at Commonwealth did all the running and Edgar kept me updated on the status. When I picked up the car Edgar took all the time I needed for a full walk through and explanation of all the features. He has since followed up with me a couple of times. I am very pleased with the experience I had at Commonwealth Motors.No pressure
